French fries with truffle
A nice and tasty recipe to amaze the palate of everyone, even children.
- 500 g yellow potatoes
- 500 g blue potatoes
- Frying oil
- Salt with black truffle to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan to taste
- Cut potatoes into thin sticks; divide them by color and dip them into warm water until you are ready to cook.
- Heat the frying oil, drain potatoes and pat them dry with a clean cloth. Fry potatoes and drain on blotting paper.
- Take them out and mix them, still hot, with salt with black truffle, pepper and Parmesan.
