A nice and tasty recipe to amaze the palate of everyone, even children.

Ingredients

  • 500 g yellow potatoes
  • 500 g blue potatoes
  • Frying oil
  • Salt with black truffle to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes into thin sticks; divide them by color and dip them into warm water until you are ready to cook.
  2. Heat the frying oil, drain potatoes and pat them dry with a clean cloth. Fry potatoes and drain on blotting paper.
  3. Take them out and mix them, still hot, with salt with black truffle, pepper and Parmesan.
