Did you know? There is no pollution where truffles grow: since they do not survive herbicides and environmental alterations, their presence is the evidence that the surrounding nature and the trees they live in symbiosis with are healthy.

The soils where it grows are “poor”, the opposite of the flavor it releases to dishes: the black truffle gives its best when served raw, preserved in oil or sautéed. Its aromatic, yet delicate taste gives dishes an irresistible added value: taste our black truffle-based products to enhance your dishes.
