Chocolate cake flavored with Truffle, with berry foam and sprinkled with dark chocolate
- VERSILFOOD Dark Chocolate Cake flavored with Truffle
- VERSILFOOD Mixed frozen berries
- 250 gr of Fresh Raspberries
- 200 ml of Vegetable cooking Cream
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tablespoon of raw sugar
- VERSILFOOD Mini Chocolate bars
- Cocoa powder
Cook over low heat the frozen berries with the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of raw sugar until the mixture becomes dense.
Blend it and pass it with a strainer and let it cool.
Whip the vegetable cooking cream and then, slowly, incorporate the berry sauce into the cream.
Prepare the cake on a serving plate and sprinkle with cocoa.
Use a pastry bag to put the berry cream on the cake, decorate it with fresh raspberries and grated dark chocolate.
Cooking has always been her passion, since she was a child and she cooked with her grandparents, both chefs. A love that was confirmed once he arrived in Italy, where his culinary journey began.
Kata has traveled to discover the most authentic flavors, in 2015 she opened, with two partners, a catering company that has proved a success, and in 2018 she deepened the healthy cuisine by attending the academy of vegan cuisine of the starred restaurant Joia by Pietro Leeman.
Today she works as Personal Chef: she prepares lunches and dinners for small and large occasions and organizes cooking classes for those who want to eat healthy but with taste.
