A tasty, easy and quick appetizer

METHOD

Fry the pre-fried polenta chips in the air fryer.

Spread the olives paté with summer truffle on the Chips with Porcini mushrooms flavour and then add cherry tomatoes on top.

Combine Versilfood jam with goat cheese and polenta chips with soft goat cheese and Versilfood truffle honey.

Today she works as Personal Chef: she prepares lunches and dinners for small and large occasions and organizes cooking classes for those who want to eat healthy but with taste.
