Forest-flavored pasta
A simple and quick recipe, perfect to savor the tastes of the forest.
Ingredients
- 320 g pasta
- 400 g peeled tomato
- 50 g Kit I love pasta with Sliced dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili to taste
- Sugar to taste
Preparation
- Cut a clove of garlic, put it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the peeled tomatoes chopped. Add salt, a pinch of sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
- Soak the Kit I love pasta with Sliced dried porcini mushrooms for 10 minutes, let them drain, filter the soaking water and keep it aside. Squeeze the mushrooms and chop them coarsely.
- Add the chopped mushrooms to the cooking sauce and cook for 10 minutes adding the filtered water.
- Cook the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente and transfer to the pan with the sauce.
- Serve with chopped parsley.
