A simple and quick recipe, perfect to savor the tastes of the forest.

Ingredients

  • 320 g pasta
  • 400 g peeled tomato
  • 50 g Kit I love pasta with Sliced dried porcini mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut a clove of garlic, put it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the peeled tomatoes chopped. Add salt, a pinch of sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Soak the Kit I love pasta with Sliced dried porcini mushrooms for 10 minutes, let them drain, filter the soaking water and keep it aside. Squeeze the mushrooms and chop them coarsely.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms to the cooking sauce and cook for 10 minutes adding the filtered water.
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente and transfer to the pan with the sauce.
  5. Serve with chopped parsley.
